For any queries, contact us at hello@tilda.com\/01708 717 888<\/p>\n<p>The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant\u2019s or any other person\u2019s computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the Promotion.<\/p>\n<p>The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the Promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data provided in relation to this competition will be used in the same way as declared within the Tilda\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/privacy-policy\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Golden Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The prize promotion is open to UK chefs and caterers aged 18 or over only.<\/p>\n<p>Participants must submit a valid unique code from a golden ticket found in a 5kg or 10kg bag of Easy Cook Basmati rice on the entry form on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tilda.com\/foodservice\/blog\/campaigns\/basmati-bonanza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2018Basmati Bonanza\u2019 Golden Ticket\u00a0<u>campaign page<\/u><\/a> in order to be entered into the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Only entrants that have successfully submitted their codes within the following timeframe will be considered valid: 01\/05\/2025 to 23:59pm on 31\/07\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>The winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of submitting their valid code via the Tilda website.<\/p>\n<p>There are 100 golden tickets only. Each ticket contains a unique code which relates to one of the available prizes. No exchanges or cash alternative available.<\/p>\n<p>No multiple entries will be accepted per code. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
