Sarah Schenker"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"content-section content-section--top-mask content-section-- u-contrast-text--\">\n    <div class=\"free-content container container--small\">\n                    <div class=\"free-content__content user-content\">\n                <p>Las legumbres son especialmente ricas en prote\u00ednas y en fibra y adem\u00e1s est\u00e1n repletas de vitaminas y minerales&#8230; Incorp\u00f3ralas a tu dieta para satisfacer de manera saludable las recomendaciones nutricionales y disminuir el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Las legumbres incluidas en nuestra nueva gama de legumbres y arroz aumentan la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad durante m\u00e1s tiempo gracias a su alto contenido en fibra y prote\u00ednas y a su bajo \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico, por lo que resultan especialmente beneficiosas para los diab\u00e9ticos y para quienes desean controlar su peso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edamame<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las vainas de soja o edamame est\u00e1n repletas de importantes minerales necesarios para tener unos dientes y unos huesos saludables. Contienen multitud de prote\u00ednas, p\u00e9ptidos y fitonutrientes \u00fanicos.<\/p>\n<p>Son un excelente tentempi\u00e9 saludable cuando se sirven ligeramente cocidas al vapor y con una pizca de sal y hojuelas de chile, y tambi\u00e9n se pueden a\u00f1adir a revueltos y ensaladas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garbanzos<\/strong><br \/>Los garbanzos est\u00e1n repletos de fibra insoluble que ayuda a mantener la salud intestinal y contienen multitud de antioxidantes que ayudan a evitar los da\u00f1os celulares. Seg\u00fan algunos estudios, aumentar la ingesta de garbanzos mejora el funcionamiento de la insulina y la regulaci\u00f3n del az\u00facar en sangre.<\/p>\n<p>Los garbanzos son incre\u00edblemente vers\u00e1tiles: puedes a\u00f1adirlos al curry, a guisos y a ensaladas y son el ingrediente principal del hummus y del falafel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frijoles negros<\/strong><br \/>Una sola raci\u00f3n de frijoles negros proporciona aproximadamente un tercio de la prote\u00edna que se requiere a diario. Tambi\u00e9n son deliciosos en el curry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arvejas partidas<\/strong><br \/>Son un todo un uno: est\u00e1n repletas de fibra que reduce el colesterol, son una excelente fuente de minerales importantes y adem\u00e1s equilibran las hormonas. Hay muchas formas en que las arvejas partidas pueden mejorar tu dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Las arvejas partidas son perfectas para a\u00f1adirlas a guisos y sopas y a\u00f1aden volumen y textura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jud\u00edas pintas<\/strong><br \/>Las jud\u00edas pintas contienen determinados fitonutrientes que han demostrado ser \u00fatiles para la prevenci\u00f3n de determinados c\u00e1nceres, incluido el c\u00e1ncer de est\u00f3mago.
