Pronto comenc\u00e9 a echar de menos sus deliciosos platos y me aventur\u00e9 en un viaje culinario, buscando recrear los sabores de mi infancia a trav\u00e9s de las mezclas de especias y productos de mi pa\u00eds que sol\u00eda traer o encontraba en tiendas especializadas. A pesar de los desaf\u00edos iniciales, descubr\u00ed que no era tan dif\u00edcil como pensaba.<\/p>\n<p>Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, conseguir los ingredientes est\u00e1 al alcance de todos y cada vez m\u00e1s personas se interesan por la rica gastronom\u00eda india.<\/p>\n<p>Motivada por mi experiencia, decid\u00ed compartir mis conocimientos creando un blog de cocina hind\u00fa en espa\u00f1ol, dando vida a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spiceandcolour.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spiceandcolour.com<\/a> a mediados de 2020. En este espacio, comparto principalmente recetas caseras y tradicionales de la India.
