These seeds are used to make hot dog mustard. The other variety is black or brown in colour with a much more intense taste. These seeds are used to make Dijon mustard.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"content-section content-section--top-mask content-section--blue\">\n        \n    <div class=\"image-with-text container container--small\">\n                    <div class=\"image-with-text__content\">\n                <h3>METHODS<\/h3>\n<p>The nutty pungency of mustards such as wholegrain and wholegrain Dijon work beautifully with the nutty grains of wild rice.
