Another fusion of cuisines, with Caribbean heat coming together with our Peri Peri rice, and a fruity pomegranate twist.

Ingredients

  • Limited Edition Tilda Peri Peri Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Red Onion
  • Orange Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Canned Sweetcorn
  • Jerk Paste
  • Thyme
  • Chilli
  • Lemon
  • Pomegranate

Cook

  1. Dice the red onion, slice the bell pepper, break the broccoli into florets and saute in a pan using a tbsp of oil
  2. Add a bowl of canned sweetcorn and a tbsp of jerk paste
  3. Pour Tilda's Peri Peri rice into the mix and pan-fry everything together
  4. Throw in a handful of thyme and sliced chilli. Mix together well and season with salt and pepper
  5. Add a bowl of pomegranate, plate up and serve with a garnish lemon slices
