Freestyle your tagine with a variety of Tilda rice, just remember Middle Eastern staples like tagine paste, sumac, and baharat spice mix.


  • Tilda Limited Edition Peri Peri Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Sweet Potato
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Apricots
  • Tagine Paste
  • Sumac Spice
  • Chicken
  • Chicken Stock Cube


  1. Chop onion, garlic, ginger and pan fry
  2. Chop sweet potato and microwave to soften
  3. Add sweet potato to pan and 2 tsp of tagine paste/1 tsp of sumac spice
  4. Chop the carrot, dice up the tomatoes and add along with the chicken and chicken stock cube/ water
  5. Simmer with lid on until cooked. Serve with rice and lemon
