Try out this tasty dish using our Garlic & Ginger Super Grains. Keep baharat spice mix in your cupboard to add a little Middle Eastern flair to your midweek meals.

Ingredients

  • Tilda Garlic & Ginger Super Grains
  • Vegetable Stock
  • Halloumi
  • Aubergine
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Onion
  • Tagine Paste
  • Vine Tomatoes
  • Baharat Spice
  • Lemon

Cook

  1. Throw sliced halloumi into a pan and fry until golden brown, set aside
  2. In a separate pan cook chopped aubergine and diced red onion. Add a tbsp of tagine paste and a cup of vegetable stock to the pan, stir well
  3. Add diced vine tomatoes and season with Baharat spice
  4. Add Tilda Garlic & Ginger Super Grains, season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon over the dish, plate up adding the halloumi slices
