The jerk paste can really give this cod and prawn curry a kick. Add chillies for even more heat!

Ingredients

  • Tilda Limited Edition Peri Peri Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger
  • Onion
  • Shallots
  • Prawns
  • Coconut Milk
  • Jerk Paste
  • Cumin
  • Cod
  • Kidney Beans

Cook

  1. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, shallots, onion and thyme into pan. Add water if too hot
  2. Add in king prawns, coconut milk and water, kidney beans and rice
  3. Add some jerk paste, cumin and leave to simmer
  4. Add in cod and leave to cook. Add in tomatoes
  5. Garnish with toasted coconut and a sprinkle of dill
