This tasty freestyle Nasi Goreng is ready in minutes. An aromatic Indonesian fried rice full of flavour, perfect with coconut rice.
Ingredients
- Tilda Coconut Steamed Basmati Rice
- Eggs
- Prawns
- Runner Beans
- Red Chillies
- Lime
- Red Onions
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
Prepare

Slice the red onions, chillies and runner beans, and chop the garlic finely
Cook

Heat oil in a wok and then add the prawns, onions, chillies and runner beans. Add the garlic after a few minutes, ensuring prawns are fully cooked

Fry everything together with the rice, adding soy sauce to taste

Separately, whisk the eggs and make a thin omelette, then slice and add on top of your dish

Garnish with a squeeze of lime and prawn crackers. Spice it up with sriracha for a kick!
