Ingredients
- Tilda Coconut, Chilli & Lemongrass Steamed Basmati Rice
- Red Bell Pepper
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Thai Green Curry Paste
- Coconut Milk
- Fresh Prawns
- Kale
- Fish Sauce
Prepare

Put sliced bell pepper and sugar snap peas in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil to saute

Add a tablespoon of curry paste and a cup of coconut milk and stir together
Cook

Take a handful of fresh prawns and add to the pan to cook through with the other ingredients

Add a handful of kale and stir well. Microwave Tilda Coconut, Chilli and Lemongrass rice for two minutes

Add a few splashes of fish sauce and plate up with the rice and a sprig of coriander
