A tempting Thai green curry that will go perfectly with our coconut rice.


  • Tilda Coconut Chilli & Lemongrass Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Aubergine
  • Peppers
  • Runner Beans
  • Chicken
  • Chilli
  • Kaffir Leaves
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Lemon
  • Lemongrass
  • Fish Sauce
  • Coriander
  • Lime


  1. Chop up vegetables and steam to cook
  2. Add coconut milk, chilli, lemongrass and kaffir leaves and leave to infuse and simmer
  3. Add in chicken and leave to cook. Then add fish sauce and coriander with a squeeze of lemon
  4. Plate up and serve with the rice
  5. Garnish with coriander, lime and chilli
