A fragrant Thai green curry with kaffir leaves and lemongrass. Perfect with coconut rice.


  • Tilda Coconut Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Broccoli
  • Peppers
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Lemongrass
  • Kaffir Leaves
  • Green Curry Paste
  • Sweetcorn
  • Chicken
  • Tamarind Paste
  • Coconut Milk


  1. Put peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas, kaffir leaves and lemongrass into a pan
  2. Let it steam and then add a spoon of green curry paste
  3. Add in mini sweetcorn, chicken, tamarind paste and coconut milk
  4. Leave to cook for 10 minutes
  5. Add to a bed of coconut rice and serve
