- Sweet Potato
- Sweetcorn
- Pinto Beans
- Kidney Beans
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Spring Onions
- Cod
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Chipotle Paste
- Tacos
Cook

Cook the diced sweet potato in a pan until soft

Add in onions, garlic and sweet chilli rice

Add in both beans, tomatoes, sweetcorn, chipotle paste and coriander

Make a salsa separately using tomato, spring onions and coriander

Fill tacos and serve with salsa
