- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Peppers
- Tofu
- Runner Beans
- Allspice
- Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Coconut Milk
- Garnish: Coriander, Dill, Spring Onion
Cook

Put onions, garlic, ginger into pan and add allspice, peppers and runner beans

Add in diced tomatoes, tofu and coconut milk

Microwave the rice and plate up with the curry mix
