This delicious and quick Keralan Fish Curry promises to bring a world of flavours to your kitchen.


  • Tilda Coconut Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Red Onion
  • Sweet Potato
  • Garlic Clove
  • Root Stem Ginger
  • Black Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Powder
  • Chilli
  • Coconut Milk
  • Cod Fillets


  1. Add sliced red onion, broccoli florets and grated sweet potato to a pan and saute
  2. Add chopped garlic and ginger to the pan with a spoonful of black mustard seeds, 1 tbsp of curry powder and some thinly sliced chilli
  3. Pour in a cup of coconut milk, stir well and leave to simmer
  4. Add cod fillets, stir and leave to cook through
  5. Microwave Tilda coconut rice for two minutes, plate up with the rice and enjoy the delicious taste of Southern India
