Add more or less chillis to suit your preferred levels of heat.


  • Tilda Lime & Coriander Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Chicken
  • Prawn
  • Sping Onion
  • Carrot
  • Chilli
  • Lemongrass
  • Green Curry Paste
  • Fish Sauce
  • Kaffir Leaves
  • Lime


  1. Add kaffir leaves, lime juice and lemongrass into a bowl with green curry paste to create sauce
  2. Chop all other veg and peel the carrots to create carrot noodles


  1. Pan fry the chicken in oil, salt and pepper. Then add prawns
  2. Add carrots and all other vegetables and sauce, with fish too
  3. Serve bowl of rice with a side of sauce and garnish with chilli and lime
