  • Tilda Sweet Potato Chilli & Coconut Super Grains
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic
  • Orange
  • Chickpeas
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Tagine Paste
  • Ginger
  • Baharat Mix
  • Sweet Potato
  • Apricots
  • Orange Juice
  • Mint


  1. Grate the ginger, chop the spring and red onion and add to a fry pan with a splash of sunflower oil
  2. Add chopped tomato, tagine paste and water. Leave to simmer
  3. Grate the sweet potato and add to pan
  4. Add in apricots, chickpeas, sugar snap peas and baharat mix whilst stirring
  5. Drizzle orange juice and mint and continue to cook
  6. Plate the rice and ingredients into middle of a bowl and serve
