A cod (or any white fish!) dish, this brings the South Indian flavours to your home!

  • Pescatarian


  • Tilda Lime & Coriander Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Turmeric
  • Red & Green Chillies
  • Peppers
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Sweet Potato
  • Onion
  • Curry Leaves
  • Cod Loin
  • Fish Sauce
  • Garlic and Ginger
  • Coconut Milk
  • Coriander and Spring Onions to Garnish


  1. Marinate cod in turmeric and set aside


  1. Saute the onions, garlic and ginger, add sweet potato and cook until soft
  2. Add some peppers, coconut milk and vegetable stock, then leave to simmer. Add some red/green chillies
  3. Add the marinated turmeric cod into the curry until cooked
  4. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and splash of fish sauce. Steam rice and garnish with coriander, spring onion and chillies
