Add a new dimension to Thai and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
- Tilda Sweet Chilli & Lime Steamed Basmati Rice
- Spring Onion
- Green Curry Paste
- Toasted Coconut
Cut up peppers, spring onion and fennel into bowl
Add chicken, shallots and ginger to a pan. Stir well.
Add green curry paste and lime juice
Mix the chicken through with the rice and add to a spinach salad
Garnish with coriander, pomegranate and toasted coconut
