  • Tilda Sweet Chilli & Lime Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Ginger
  • Spinach
  • Peppers
  • Courgette
  • Spring Onion
  • Chicken
  • Coriander
  • Fennel
  • Shallots
  • Pomegranate
  • Green Curry Paste
  • Toasted Coconut


  1. Cut up peppers, spring onion and fennel into bowl


  1. Add chicken, shallots and ginger to a pan. Stir well.
  2. Add green curry paste and lime juice
  3. Mix the chicken through with the rice and add to a spinach salad
  4. Garnish with coriander, pomegranate and toasted coconut
