With this delicious dish you can vary the tamarind, fish sauce and lime juice to suit your taste.

  • Tilda Coconut, Chilli and Lemongrass Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Prawns
  • Ginger
  • Shallots
  • Red Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Green Beans
  • Carrots
  • Coconut
  • Fish Sauce
  • Lime Juice
  • Chilli
  • Tamerind


  1. Chop lemongrass, ginger, shallots, garlic and mushrooms
  2. Grate the carrots and red peppers


  1. Toast coconut for 15 seconds in a pan, then remove
  2. Add in green beans, prawns and all the chopped veg into the pan and fry
  3. Add a sprinkle of tamerind, fish sauce, lime juice and a little bit of chilli
  4. Add rice and chilli to a bowl, toss everything together
  5. Garnish with toasted coconut
