Ingredients
- Tilda Chilli & Lime Steamed Basmati Rice
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Red Onion
- Desiccated Coconut
- Cod
- Spinach
- Pomegranate
- Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Curry Powder
- Cumin
Cook

Chop the pepper, broccoli, cauliflower and add to pan with mustard seeds and curry leaves

Add 1/2 tsp of curry powder and a sprinkle of cumin, followed by coconut milk

Add in marinated cod (turmeric, salt and mustard seeds), let it cook

Add in curry leaves

Serve in bowl with the rice and garnish with chilli and desiccated coconut
