Ingredients

  • Tilda Coconut Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Prawns
  • Avocado
  • Spring Onion
  • Aubergine
  • Fennel
  • Chilli
  • Shallots
  • Thyme
  • Taco Shells

Cook

  1. Add garlic, shallots, chilli and fennel into a pan
  2. Add the aubergine, ginger and thyme and leave it to steam
  3. Add the prawns, spring onion and avocado and fry for a few minutes
  4. Mix in the rice
  5. Spoon the mixture into taco shells and serve
