Ingredients

  • Tilda Lemon and Herb Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Chicken
  • Sweet Potato
  • Cauliflower
  • Green Pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Lime
  • Tumeric
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Vegetable Stock

Prepare

  1. Chop all vegetables to equal size, put in a pot with the chicken and some vegetable stock
  2. Leave to simmer

Cook

  1. In a separate pan fry off some onions until crispy and put aside for later
  2. Add lime and turmeric to the vegetable and chicken curry and leave to simmer. Stir regularly
  3. Add mustard sees and curry leaves. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add the curry to a bed of rice and garnish with crispy fried onions
