Paprika erh\u00e4lt seinen typischen Geschmack von den Gew\u00fcrzpaprikas, die zu Pulver zermahlen werden. Das Gew\u00fcrz wird f\u00fcr zahlreiche Speisen in der europ\u00e4ischen K\u00fcche, im Orient und in Nordafrika verwendet.
