Tilda has created an Ebook to make cooking fun, and to encourage your children to be active. It is designed to work for both you and your kids; the recipes are simple and easy to follow so your little ones can join in with the cooking too.
In order to make it user-friendly we have included a recipe for each meal of the day. All the recipes are based on Tilda’s Pure Basmati rice to ensure the best flavour and texture. They each include healthy nutritious ingredients that will help give your kids energy to learn and play all day.
To accompany each of the recipes we have also added some fun activities such as; mini-yoga to start the day, circuits after lunch to gain energy and colouring-in after pudding to help your kids wind down before bedtime. All the activities are simple, fun and suitable for all ages so the whole family can join in.
