Vegetarian Indian Style Vegetarian Rice

Take an onion, a small red pepper, a yellow pepper and a red chili and chop up quite finely.

Heat some oil in a shallow frying pan and fry a pack of ready-to-eat Tandoori Quorn Pieces, with the chopped vegetables, until all is sizzling and hot.

Spoon over the Tilda Pure Basmati rice, and gently stir until it is all hot through – about 3 minutes. Serve piping hot with a simple dressing of natural yoghurt and chopped mint.

Indian Style Rice

For a beautifully fragrant Indian style dish, start with a diced red and yellow pepper, a chopped onion and a finely sliced red chilli.

Fry gently in a little oil until softened. Add a pack of cooked tikka or tandoori chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is heated through.

Gently stir in the Tilda Pure Basmati rice and when it is piping hot and ready to eat, serve with a simple dressing of natural yogurt and chopped mint.
