Tilda has a range of 15 recipe rice’s, perfect, if you are short of time, all of which are vegetarian and use only natural ingredients All you have to do is massage the pack to separate the rice, open the top 2cm and place in a microwave for 2 minutes, let it stand and enjoy These 2 minute recipes are very versatile, perfect on their own straight out of the microwave or extremely convenient as an ingredient in a larger meal Why not try: • Tilda Pure Basmati – take an Indian cooking sauce and add some pre-cooked chicken to make a great quick curry • Tilda Egg Fried – why not serve with some chunky sweet and sour sauce • Tilda Brown Basmati – for a really healthy option serve with some flaked fish and chives (hot smoked salmon is delicious) • Tilda Pilau – just add a handful of golden sultanas and diced ready cooked red peppers for a quick mid week meal • Tilda Coconut Chilli and Lemongrass – try adding a few cooked tiger prawns for a Thai style light lunch
